This research is reviewed relating the cognitive style dimension of field dependence-independence a reflection-impulsivity to normal and handicapped children. Cognitive style has been conceptualized as an individual´s characteristic approach to processing information. How certain cognitive style has been related to aspect of learning disability and reviewed the previous research about cognitive style.
